It’s one thing to fix phones and run a successful shop but a whole other to train people. Trainers need to know how to work with a wide range of personalities. Trainers must be patient and kind with their lessons and know how to identify where someone is struggling even if they can’t.

A good trainer, like CellBotics trainers, must also know how to face a person’s issues with a kind hand. Trainers must know how to bring someone along in a way that allows them to retain the information. If you hit a wall with your Trainer you will NOT learn anything, your brain will be in defense mode.

2. Operating a facility is not easy

People have this fantasy in their mind that training is ‘easy’. This is why many schools have bad names, why people take a $1500 course then spend MORE money and show up in our seats. People see dollars and think, I fix phones, I can train. This is NOT true, not everyone can run a successful training center.

Be mindful where you spend your money. Just because it’s in the back of a cell phone store and you are learning from the owner, does NOT mean you are getting what you need. Good shops have no time or desire to train competitors, let that sink in.

A personal note from me that I think you should know.

I had a mentor who owned a Microsoft Office training center in Florida when I was just 18. I trained elderly retirees how to use word software and helped them do their bookkeeping as that was also another business of hers. When I saw all my success in the cell phone industry, I KNEW, I had something special that most don’t.

Not bragging or boasting. I know how to connect with people, train any person, bring information from specialists across the world AND run a successful business. So this opted me to follow my joy, training AND this industry. It was no mistake I ended in training its what I’ve always loved, both, my passion now combined.

3. Customer Base

You may be thinking, “Well everyone wants to get into this field since it makes good money, so there needs to be more schools”. I’m happy to tell you, this is NOT true. This industry is NOT saturated, it takes a brave soul with a drive to financial freedom, willing to take a risk, to join this industry, AKA YOU.

So there are limited schools because there are limited people willing to throw their all into making their dreams a reality, you ARE THE FEW! Having a small stack of good quality schools to choose from is just what this industry needs and no more than that.
