Surera Ward, Owner of GirlsFixIt, Former CellBotics Graduate, and Trainer of CellBotics Cell Phone Repair Course. Girls Fix It is a technology solutions company specializing in the repair and maintenance of cell phones, tablets, smartwatches, game consoles, and laptops. Surera Ward is the Founder and CEO. They serve consumers and businesses throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, and Maryland areas. Before starting Girls Fix It, Surera had a 15-year career at Fortune 500 companies in the information technology industry. She also holds a MBA from Bloomsbury University. She started in the cell phone industry in 2019 as a mobile repair tech and had great success which led to the opening of her retail location in 2021 located in the suburbs of Philadelphia in North Wales, Pa. She has been known as the Apple Watch repair guru by other industry leaders. She is excited to expand Girls Fix It by partnering with CellBotics to provide top-notch cell phone repair training to consumers and businesses.

Nanda is the Lead Content Editor at CellBotics and ensures all content course courses, social and other areas, are to the CellBotics standard! Nanda has decades of experience editing, designing, and developing training content. 

Jessica works with our students and provides help as needed. She works extremely close with Nicole on a day-to-day basis and is extremely knowledgeable about CellBotics.

Nicole is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for breathing life into big ideas and training the next generation of self-starters. As the founder of CellBotics, Nicole has owned multiple repair locations of her own and has helped thousands gain critical skills in forging their own paths to financial independence.
