CellBotics Return Policy
IN-PERSON COURSE RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Course Payments: There are NO refunds for course payments EVER, no exception. Course content is information that cannot be returned once given. Seats are extremely limited so if you book a class we depend on your being there but we do allow unlimited rescheduling. The fee depends on the time frame of the notice. Payments can be moved and applied to another course in the future with a proper notice which is notifying us at least 3 weeks prior to the 1st day of class. Course payments are also transferable to another person if you’d like to resell your seat or give it away.
Rescheduling class: If you request a reschedule of a course with less than 96 hours/ 4 days from the 1st day of class, a $450 fee will apply to reschedule the course. If you give us notice 96 hours/4 days or more prior to the 1st day of class then rescheduling is FREE.
ALL course payments are due upfront, paid in full, online. You can reschedule 2 times, otherwise, you forfeit your funds paid.
You must reschedule and attend within 4 months of your original payment. Once you exceed 6 months you forfeit your funds paid.
You can only reschedule to a date that has other students paid for it, If we have a course date with no original purchasing students we will cancel this date. Please request a date to move to and if we have paid students for that date we will confirm your move or inform you that date can not be rescheduled to yet.
No show: If you do not show up for a course and give no notice the fee is forfeited, no refund, no rescheduling.

LIABILITY PAPERS ON ARRIVAL: On arrival to class, each student is required to sign a release that releases CellBotics of liability for any bodily harm brought on through the learning of these skills. Students must also sign to not record the course or replicate the course, NDA, non-compete, and intellectual property agreement must all be signed. You are also signing stating you will not open a course of your own.
ONLINE COURSE RETURNS/REFUNDS

Login may not be shared. The platform e operate off is Podia, if they see suspicious sharing of the login they will flag the account and this is grounds for immediate termination from the online program with no refund.
We will refund the video content if it is not consumed. Please request a refund by emailing info@cellbotics.com and explaining the situation.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT RETURNS/REFUNDS
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, there are no contracts. Refunds may be given for 1 month of access after payment is made if a user is unsatisfied with the platform as long as no video content has been consumed. If you want to cancel a subscription please do NOT consume any content and email info@cellbotics.com if you feel you have not enjoyed the membership and want a refund.
