This is gonna be long review, sorry in advance
!
I can't say enough good things about Cellbotics. I didn't know what to expect at first, but they met and exceeded my expectations. They're very professional from start to finish. Life happens to us all and we all make excuses as to why we can't do this or that. Little did I know that I would get a lesson in dealing with adversity as well as fixing PC's and Phones!! That wasn't part of the curriculum, I checked, lol!! Before our class even started, We were informed that one of the head trainers was sick but was gonna try and teach any way and if we wanted to reschedule we could. Cellbotics didn't have to tell us anything but they did and I appreciate that. So we had two trainers at the start for day one, on day two the original trainer was feeling worse, so we had two different trainers and on day three and four it was only Nichole to teach us all. This wasn't an ideal situation for her especially as the CEO of Cellbotics she probably had other things that needed her attention. I'm sure it was a stressful situation with only one person to teach us all. Ideally you need two so one person can teach and the other can walk around observing and assisting the students. However Nichole is super human and if it was stressful or out of the ordinary, we as the students couldn't tell anything and we didn't miss a beat. We even had one or two that was not grasping things as well, so Nichole moved them closer to her for more one on one so to speak. The results were, they Graduated! It's not where you start it's where you finish. Cellbotics has a refined system in place so they can pivot when it's needed, preparation is key! Adversity happens to us all but it's how we handle that adversity that makes us what we ultimately are, Winners or Losers, It's a choice! Lesson Learned!!
As for the PC class no adversity Michelle Cox is an amazing teacher and i learned to not settle for what life gives you. Choose more!! Michelle has served in the Military, she has Boxed, she has worked for the who's who of companies, she has boat load of IT certifications, she's an Author, she has kicked Cancer's butt. She has lived more than most and with her IT resume how she is standing up here teaching me right now i have no idea, but i am so thankful that she is. Michelle is a tell it like it is kinda person, If you are falling behind she will tell you, if you need a kick in the pants, she will do it. She is an excellent motivator, and she will make you bust your butt in class but she won't let you fail. Somehow she manages to get a lot of work out of us but keeps it fun at the same time. She let's us know from jump that she is here for us now with any questions and after graduation. A lot of people say that but Michelle absolutely means it. I Graduated Feb 13th 2023 and on June 8th 2023, Four Months After Class, I texted her a simple question that she could have easily answered over text. It was pretty much a yes or no type question. She calls me, answered my question and then talks to me for almost an hour. When I got off that call I felt like Superman. Cellbotics was the best seed I ever planted! The team teaches you how to harvest that seed but you still have to do your part, cut out the weeds (Negative People) keep it watered daily (put in the time for your business) and watch it Blossom!!
