Tech to Table: Nicole’s Income Diversification Journey and You!
If you’ve been in my circle for a while, you know my heart is rooted in two things: BUSINESS and TRAINING. I started this journey way back in 2010. Before CellBotics was even a thought, I was grinding with 10 flea market locations. That hustle led me to realize that people needed solid training to actually succeed in the repair industry, not just “guesswork.”
By 2012, I had started the process of making CellBotics what it is today.
Passing the Torch in Philly
As CellBotics grew, I realized I needed to focus more on the “big picture” of the industry. That’s why I brought on the incredible Surera Ward with Girls Fix It. She has taken over the in-person training and moved our facilities to Philadelphia.
We work side-by-side remotely now. She’s the boots on the ground, while I’m focused on the back end, supporting our graduates and managing my other ventures.
This transition gave me the space to do what I love most: INCOME DIVERSIFICATION
Why Diversify?
I don’t believe in putting all your eggs in one basket. Having additional revenue streams does not mean 1 stream is failing; it means you are building a secure income portfolio to last a lifetime. Since 2021, I’ve been expanding my portfolio:

Wait… Food? Why?
I know what you’re thinking: “Nicole, what does a Philly Cheesesteak have to do with a screen replacement?” Absolutely NOTHING. And that is the beauty of it!
I launched 5-11 Quick Snack because I’ve always loved the food industry. But here’s the kicker for all my repair shop owners and tech junkies: It fits perfectly with the phone repair life.
Food vending at events isn’t a 9-to-5, every-day-of-the-week grind. It’s random. It’s maybe once, twice, or three times a month. It allows me to stay focused on CellBotics, consulting, and bulk repair, while still grabbing a massive injection of cash over a single weekend.
