A diverse workforce and individuals with the talent to start new innovative businesses will grow the market of Technology. People with diverse backgrounds and different life experiences and perceptions are key to opening the IT technology field to new concepts and designs.

CellBotics Cell Phone and Computer Repair Device Master Course sets students up for success in all STEM-related fields. CellBotics Courses generate abundant interest in the STEM fields. We learned some very important key points while at the Atlanta Students of STEM Event and having the privilege to speak at the round table event and the honor to brainstorm with the youth:
- The disadvantaged youth of America want to make a difference and they want these opportunities to expand
- The youth in STEM who originate from a diverse and/or minority background feel as if they are on an uphill battle to succeed
- Change can be made with the proper influence, training, and mentorship
- Women and Minority Youth are minorities in the IT fields, but the new generations are pushing ahead into the future via their interest in STEM, will they end in your corporation?
- These discussions need to be made with small and large corporations
- Working together as a whole in the IT field is important to ensuring diversity and that the youth overcome these hurdles they feel
