Nicole Russell is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for breathing life into big ideas and training the next generation of self-starters. Nicole always says her mind works like a project management database, she sees an issue and immediately starts the plan to fix it. Whether that be hardware-related or business process-related. Her vast experience with people, processes, and businesses gives her a keen eye for improvement. As the founder of CellBotics, a leading educating center dedicated to training students in IT and STEM-related topics such as; cell phone and computer hardware repair and Entrepreneurship. How did CellBotics come about?

Nicole officially launched her repair/electronics business in 2010 then added Training in late 2012 as Nikki’s Repair Training to go with her brand tablet, NIKKI’S Tablets, yes, she had her own brand which she sold in Brand’s mart and other locations. Shortly after rebranding to CellBotics, she relocated it from Georgia to Greenville, SC on 11/21/2014. CellBotics is now headquartered back in Atlanta and operates out of 2 locations, Atlanta, GA (where Nicole is based) and Houston TX.

These locations provide live in-person training for people wanting to gain tech repair skills for employment or to open their own business. Most people travel from all over the world to reach CellBotics. CellBotics consistently continues to grow in profit, partnerships with industry leaders, Trainers, and the number of students served. Nicoles History

Prior to launching CellBotics, Nicole successfully owned a bookkeeping business, FastQuickbooks Services since 3/15/2007 (NR Enterprises LLC, FL, dissolved 4/30/2012) while working a full-time job in accounting. She also taught and developed courses at a very young age, for Microsoft & Quickbooks courses to the elderly in Sun City Center under her mentor Debbie Clark. She has worked for fortune 500 companies providing accounting services and training development across multiple departments. Unknowingly, at the time, this was setting her up for an extremely successful CellBotics journey.

When she opened NIKKI’S Tablet Brand (Nikkis New Odds and Ends LLC, LLC still active and CellBotics is a Trademarked DBA) she sold over 5,000 of her brand tablet and also ran NIKKI’S a Cell Phone and Tablet Retailer/Repair center in multiple flea markets locations simultaneously across the USA. NIKKI’S sold everything from cases to activations, to used devices and repairs.

She eventually grew the company to seven locations (2 retail) around the U.S. before selling off locations to focus exclusively on CellBotics Training and Enterprise services. The training started with Nicole developing the content and teaching it herself to hundreds of students. She grew in number of trainers and locations over the years. Currently, Nicole sometimes is able to visit with students during class and adds to the lectures with her vast knowledge of the industry. She has stepped into the CEO role at CellBotics and focuses on growing the companies enterprise arm and mentoring the CellBotics Training Team to provide the best training in the market.

Personally, Nicole is a mom to a vibrant teenager who has her own goals of business ownership. Nicole spends her free time with her daughter and nephew who make her life whole and happy.
