What are we doing to protect you in class?
** Rescheduling is now FREE with atleast a 3 week notice from day 1 of your class.
UNLESS: If you have a Positive COVID test you may reschedule for free up to the first day of class.
If you reschedule after the 3-week mark before the first day of your class, then the fee is market in half, so $200 (normally $400).
If you no show to the class, you forfeit the fee. If you need to change your class.
Courses are NOT refundable for any reason.
WHAT IF CLASS IS CANCELLED?
We will only cancel is a trainer is sick or the government requires it. Our trainers are NOT replaceable that’s the good thing about us, you would work industry professionals and no substitute could fill for them so if they have the virus then we need to reschedule.
IS THERE A RESCHEDULING FEE?
1st off, we do not do refunds and normally rescheduling costs a fee after a certain date BUT we have made ALL rescheduling 100% free! Being a small business, we hope you can understand we are doing our best in light of the situation.
IS THIS STILL A GOOD INDUSTRY?
YESS!!! And the bounce back will be AMAZING!!! just like any economic fall or hardship, millionaires rise from the dust. The ones who did not stop and did not give up! So if you don’t take advantage of someone else will but this is a golden industry here to stay!
TRAVEL EXPENSES
Luckily airlines are giving free refunds and rescheduling. The hotel through us does not charge you until you arrive so you can cancel that. We will not reimburse you for loss travel expenses if the class is canceled last minute, which would be out of our hands.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE TAKEN IN CLASS?
All persons will be checked for fever on arrival outside of the class entrance. All students will be required to wear a mask, shoe covers, and a face shield during class. If any student has a fever or refuses to wear the required items they will be required to reschedule and not be able to enter the building. Lunch will be taken outside the building with students sitting at least 6ft apart. Class size has been reduced from 10 to 7 and desks spaced out.
