ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
Over the months to follow, once you start, you will work 1-on-1 with the instructor. You will learn how to instruct to the superior level of a CellBotics instructor.
WEB PAGE
Each Trainer will be featured on our website. We will design an appealing web page to promote you! People will learn about you and how to set up a class with you.
TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER
That’s right! You get to train a live in person class with the instructor! Get the behind the sense look of what it takes to be a CellBotics instructor! (Due to COVID-19 this can be done via Zoom)
MATERIAL
You will be required to use CellBotics material for each person you teach. This person will also receive a CellBotics serialized certificate and be listed on our Technician website.
EQUIPMENT
You will receive all the inside secrets to where we buy equipment and supplies. So you can have all the equipment you want, at a value price!
CONTROL YOUR HOURS
Want to teach weekends? Nights? Spread it out? Although you must teach the same material, we will work with you to chunk out the content to meet your desired course frame work.
COMMERCIAL
We will teach you how to get commercial, educational, and non-profit contracts for training. We do this regularly here at CellBotics and it is very profitable!
ADVERTISING
We will work with you set up your Google ad words account to get students flooding your booking page! You can do as little as $10 a day and see huge results!
What are the requirments?
WILLINGNESS
To see the best result. You must be able to do what it takes and dedicate time to this. You must be willing to take the steps we coach you on. You must have a positive outlook and be attentive to the needs of the program.
REVAMP
You will be required to revamp your social media presence and be visible with CellBotics on YouTube and other platforms. You will be featured in videos on our channel. The CellBotics brand stands for something and you will uphold our values or be removed from the program.
OBLIGATION TO STUDENT
You must be willing to provide support to your students after. They will get all the same normal CellBotics support but you are thier instructor, thus you must provide support. In addition, no class can be cancelled once someone has booked, unless for emergencies.
LOCATION
No, you do not need a location to train people. You will earn more income by having a location but it is not a requirement. You can offer travel training and on-site training. We will also show you how to find as-needed spaces for training.
TRAINING
You must have been to or attend (live or webcam) a CellBotics course. You need to see from the student’s perspective and experience the CellBotics difference. If you do repair, we will assess your skills and allow the course to be taken remotely. If you do not do repair, you will need to attend in person. That fee is included in startup cost.
SELF IMPROVMENT
You must be willing to always self-improve and be open to constructive criticism. We do not hold back and require the highest level of professionalism from our instructors, personally and while training.
