CellBotics and the Coronavirus
Hey everyone!
With the flood of calls we are getting, we figured we may need to write a blog for everyone to read. So yes there is a virus and we all know about it, and some people are a little panicky, we understand.
Below is a list of FAQs but let’s just be clear, it is NOT the end of the world and everything WILL go back to normal, so just always remember that when you are worried about this virus.
Will classes be canceled?
We will not cancel class unless the government requires it or a trainer gets the virus. If a class is canceled the fee is NOT refunded but you may select any class in the future to move into and of course, we will not charge you a fee.
What precautions is CellBotics taking?
- Anyone who arrives to class sick will be required to reschedule, please do not arrive
- For people who want to take the course from home, we have implemented a “at-home training program”. This is temporary but would consist of training being given by a webcam and a small batch of devices and tools being mailed with a refundable deposit. For info that can not be trained by webcam, a later date can be selected to attend for those specific dates AT NO EXTRA COST.
- We ask all students who are traveling in by air to wear an N95 mask during your travels and wash your hands frequently
- While in class we will provide hand sanitizer, wipes, and ask students to wash hands with soap and hot water frequently
- We will never cancel class unless the government requires or implements a mandatory quarantine
- Trainers are taking special care to not expose themselves to anything that might put them at risk leading up to class
- Our courses are nonrefundable as always but we have other options to work around any concerns or schedule changes.
Is the industry affected by this?
Yes, of course, every business is in some way. This is only temporary, please keep in mind things will go back to normal. We have seen some part shortages but nothing to be alarmed about as China factories are getting back on board now as their country continues to see a decline in cases.
This industry is BOOMING and just like many other economic declines you have millionaires that arise on the other end because those are the people who kept pushing on taking advantage of the situation instead of balling up in a corner. 2008 was the BEST year of my life, I launched my business with a NEWBORN. So while everyone else remembers 2008 as the housing market crash, I remember it as the greatest motivation I ever had and I am SO happy it happened… I apologize in advance if that time was hard for you, I don’t mean to insult.
In Conclusion
We will be adding to this list as we get more calls. As of now, we think this covers all concerns. We will continue business as usual and are really excited for the virus to disappear and life gets back to normal!-
